This policy explains what personal information Serious Play Methods Inc. ("we," "us") collects when you register for or attend our events, webinars, and programs, and how we use it.
What we collect
When you register for one of our webinars or events, including through a LinkedIn registration form, a Google Form, or a Tally form or another registration page, we collect the information you provide, typically your name and email address, and, where you register through LinkedIn, the basic profile details LinkedIn shares with the event organizer. If you contact us directly, we keep the contents of that correspondence.
How we use it

To send you the joining link, calendar details, and reminders for the event you registered for.

To follow up after the event with related resources and information about our LEGO® Serious Play® method programs, our Certified Team Psychological Safety Practitioner Program, and other programs and offerings.

To understand attendance and improve our events.
We rely on your consent, given when you register, to send you these communications. You can withdraw it at any time (see below).
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run our events and communications, for example the platform hosting the event (such as LinkedIn or Zoom) and any certifying bodies, and our email tools, and only so they can provide that service to us. We may disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide these communications and for our legitimate business records, or until you ask us to remove it.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message, and you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable time.
